A note from James: You have access to all the homes for sale on the Houston Multiple Listing Service including homes in Pearland, Friendswood, Clear lake, League City, Kemah, Seabrook, Sugar land, Alvin, and the greater Houston areas. You also have access to many valuable homebuyer's tools and resources. Feel free to search as long as you want and educate yourself as much as possible.
It is my policy not to send out annoying emails or make unsolicited phone calls. (I don't like these either) No one in our office will hand out your contact information or try to chase you down. If you have provided your information to us, you must specify that you would like to be contacted. Otherwise we will only contact you to ensure we have everything correct and that you are receiving the information that you have requested. When you are ready to move forward with your home purchase or if you have any related questions, you can contact me on your own time.
I believe in a completely different approach to Real Estate. I don't like high pressure sales when I am the consumer and my clients don't either. My approach to Real Estate is as if I were going to buy the home for me and my family. I hang around home inspectors and I have learned how to "pre-inspect" any home that my clients visit with me. It has saved a lot of time and headache down the road. If I see a potential disaster for my client, I immediately point it out so that we can move on. There is no point in pushing anyone to buy a home. My clients appreciate that and I feel they will continue to use my services when we find the right home.
I do not believe in Buyer Representation Agreements which bind the client to the Realtor. I feel that there is no need for an agreement that would put unnecessary pressure on my clients to use my services. My clients either like me or they don't. Before I commit to helping my clients, I ensure we can work together as a TEAM to find them the best home with the best price and terms that meets their needs.
