Homebuyer's-Team LLC has a tremendous amount of knowledge in relocation clients to the Houston area. We understand the special needs required by relocating employees. We work with corporations and third party relocation companies to ensure a smooth transaction for everyone involved. We know that the relocating employee is under a lot of stress to sell their home, buy a home in an unfamiliar area, move the entire family, then begin the new job. All within a certain time frame. We help orchestrate the home search schedule and ensure there are back up homes available.
We understand that the transferee buys a neighborhood or area before they buy a home. That is why we expose the transferee to as many neighborhoods as possible and educate them along the way. We feel it is extremely important to provide counseling on the many areas of Houston. We help the transferee get acquainted with the area and set up an automatic home search. They can then pick from the list of homes in the desired areas for viewing. As we view homes together, we relay as much information as possible about the homes, neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, and much more.
We have successfully worked with third party relocation companies such as Cartus, USAA, and Prudential. We provide regular updates to everyone involved in the transfer to ensure a smooth transaction. We understand how important it is for the transferee to "buy right" so that their new home remains marketable.
James Potenza is the Relocation Director for Homebuyer's-Team LLC and coordinates the best plan of action for the transferee. We have agents in our office that have specific knowledge about many areas surrounding Houston. Once we listen to the needs of the transferee, we work hard to find the best possible situation to meet those needs in accordance with the transferee, their employer, and the third party relocation company, if one is involved.
Most of the time it is advantageous for the transferee to rent a home or apartment for a few months to get acquainted with the area. We also understand that an entire family is involved and an apartment sometimes is not an option. Either way, we have the transferee's best interests at our top priority. Even if it is helping them decide if they are going to buy a home or not.
