I believe in a completely different approach to Real Estate. I don't like high pressure sales when I am the consumer and my clients don't either. My approach to Real Estate is as if I were going to buy the home for me and my family. I hang around home inspectors and I have learned how to "pre-inspect" any home that my clients visit with me. It has saved a lot of time and headache down the road. If I see a potential disaster for my client, I immediately point it out so that we can move on. There is no point in pushing anyone to buy a home. My clients appreciate that and I feel they will continue to use my services.
I do not believe in Buyer Representation Agreements which bind the client to the Realtor. I feel that there is no need for an agreement that would put unnecessary pressure on my clients to use my services. Before I commit to helping my clients, I ensure we can work together as a TEAM to find them the best home with the best price and terms that meets their needs.
